Where do you deliver?
We deliver within the United States. Shipping options for your address are shown at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $3 for orders below $50 and free for orders of $50 or more. The threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping.
When will my order arrive?
Processing takes 1–2 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch is 5–8 business days, giving an estimated total of 6–10 business days.
Weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email or your order-status page when tracking is available. If you cannot find it, email support@larkovelle.com with your order number.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Request an eligible return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery.
We provide free return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee. Eligible exchanges also include free standard shipping of the replacement.

Will my original shipping fee be refunded?
For a change-of-mind return, the original outbound shipping fee, if paid, is not refundable. We do not deduct a shipping fee you did not originally pay.
For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we refund any original shipping charge attributable to the affected item as appropriate.
When will I receive a refund?
Approved return refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Your payment provider may need additional posting time.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us immediately. We can help if fulfillment can still be stopped, but changes are not guaranteed after processing or dispatch.
Shipped orders follow the return process. Cancellation rights for shipping delays remain unaffected.
Are accessories universally compatible?
No. Compare the product dimensions and fit information with your equipment. In particular, check pole tip or foot diameters and table thickness for tablecloth clips.
Ask us before buying if a measurement is unclear.
Are these products suitable for climbing or extreme-weather protection?
Do not use ordinary guylines, clips, stakes or other campsite accessories as climbing, rescue or personal-support equipment.
Do not assume a blanket, pillow or liner has an insulation, weather-resistance or safety rating unless the product page expressly provides a verified rating.
