Order Changes & Cancellations

Please contact support@larkovelle.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order or correct its delivery details.

Include your order number and the requested change. You may also call +1 408-858-9715 during customer service hours.

Before Dispatch

If fulfillment can still be stopped, we will confirm the cancellation and issue a refund to the original payment method.

A fully canceled, unshipped order is refunded in full, including its shipping charge. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Payment providers may need additional time to show the credit.

After Dispatch

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once an order has shipped.

You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Free return shipping and the other terms in our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy apply.

Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship within the promised processing period, we will contact you with the available revised timing and your option to consent to the delay or cancel for a full and prompt refund.

This right is separate from a routine change-of-mind cancellation request.
